IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

***Firefly Nights accommodates no more than 14 total persons on the premises. Of those 14 guests, a maximum of 6 adults (adults = 18 and older) are permitted to reside or sleep on the premises.***

***Minimum age of 28 to book***

***Copy of government issued ID showing DOB and matches primary rental agreement signer and credit card used for payment is required to confirm identity and age of booking party.***

***$500 security deposit required***

In order to complete your reservation, a signed rental agreement from Cloud Nine Vacation Homes must be on file within 48 hours of booking as well as a photo copy of primary renters drivers license.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
